Gilmore Catering

We worked with Gilmore for our June wedding. The planning process was easy and personalized. We had a great time at the tasting and the staff answered all of our questions. Gilmore has a planning portal which makes it SUPER easy to track all documents and payments made. We had a plated meal for our wedding day. The food came out very fast. We received a ton of compliments on the tenderness of the braised short rib. Our guests also really loved the gelato sundae bar. I highly recommend Gilmore. Thank you Rian and Angela!!

We had an amazing experience working with Gilmore for our wedding catering. From the very beginning, the tasting experience was excellent and gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. Throughout the planning process, their team was incredibly responsive, patient, and accommodating to my many questions and requests. On the wedding day itself, they were absolutely lovely to work with—attentive, organized, and made everything feel seamless. And most importantly, the food was amazing. We received so many compliments from our guests and were genuinely so happy with how everything turned out. We’re so grateful for their professionalism, flexibility, and care throughout the entire process and would absolutely recommend Gilmore to other couples planning their wedding.

Gilmore exceeded our expectations in every way!! The food exceeded restaurant quality for over 240 wedding guests! The service was professional, and every interaction with their team was organized and joyful for our special day. We received nothing but raving reviews from our family and friends, including people saying it was the best wedding food they'd ever had! Gilmore's attention to detail and thoughtful extras made the experience even more special. We highly recommend!

We had Gilmore Catering for our wedding in October. Now, I actually used to work for the Gilmore Collection and have had the catering many times before, so we did not do a tasting and I went in with high expectations. My expectations were way beyond exceeded to say that least. Working with Angela and Whitney was a breeze. They were super attentive and easy to work with. We had some guests with some pretty severe allergies and food restrictions and they were very accommodating. The food was amazing!! People are always weird about wedding food but we got soooo so so many compliments on the food, it made me feel proud and I had nothing to do with it! I would definitely book with them again 100%.

We only have positive things to say about Gilmore Catering and the service they provided at our wedding, for both cocktail hour and our plated dinner service. With planning, the team was organized, provided clear direction and were attentive to details. Our guests were quick to mention how delicious their meals were, which is a high compliment to Gilmore Catering since many of our guests live in large metropolitan cities and have quite sophisticated palettes. Gilmore also impressed me with how proactive and attentive they were to dietary needs (e.g. gluten, dairy, food dyes), which were handled with ease and guests were able to enjoy the evening as a result. Highly recommend!
